If you are under 18 and need help on drugs and alcohol the Essex Young People's Drug & Alcohol Service (EYPDAS) can help you.
Services available at EYPDAS include information, advice, support, assessment & counselling (including syringe exchange), outreach, street work and a satellite structured interventions programme.
Drop-in sessions are open to any young person and are run every Wednesday from 3pm - 7.30pm, where there is a confidential space for you to talk to someone and where you will be listened to.
